Privacy policy
How information is collected and used when you use this website.
Last updated 30 August 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Dr. Stephanie Moore (also referred to as “I”, “me” or “my”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal information when you interact with this website at drstephaniemooremd.com, subscribe to the Stephanie Moore MD publication on Substack, or follow or engage with the associated social media accounts (together, the “Services”).
This policy applies to information collected through the Services. It does not apply to information collected offline or by other means, including any direct patient care, which is governed by separate notices where applicable.
1. Information collected
This website does not have contact forms, accounts, comments, payments or a shop. It does not ask you to submit personal information.
- Information you provide directly. If you choose to email using the address published on this site, I will hold whatever you choose to send, for as long as needed to answer you.
- Automatically collected information. Standard web server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of access.
- Substack. The Stephanie Moore MD publication is hosted by Substack. If you subscribe, Substack collects and holds your email address under its own privacy policy, not this one.
- Scheduling. Booking a call uses Calendly, an outside scheduling service. Whatever you enter to book, such as your name, email address and any note, is collected and held by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and Calendly may set its own cookies while the calendar is open. Bookings made there are for media, speaking and consulting conversations only.
- Video. The Connect page embeds two videos from YouTube. They are served through youtube-nocookie.com, which does not set YouTube’s usual tracking cookies unless you play a video. Playing one is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
- Social media. If you follow or interact on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies.
2. How information is used
- To respond to media, speaking and consulting inquiries.
- To operate, secure and maintain the website.
- To comply with legal obligations, or to protect rights and safety.
3. Sharing
I do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared with service providers who host or maintain the website and who are obliged to protect it, or where required by law.
4. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising cookies. It embeds two outside services: the Calendly scheduling calendar on the contact page, which may set its own cookies while it is open, and two YouTube videos on the Connect page, served through youtube-nocookie.com so that YouTube’s usual tracking cookies are not set unless you play one. Third-party platforms linked from this site, including Substack and the social networks, use their own tracking under their own policies.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request deletion, and not to be treated differently for exercising those rights. I do not sell personal information.
To exercise any right, email moore2lifetoday@gmail.com.
6. Retention
Information is kept only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.
8. Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. Changes will be posted here with a new date.
