Welcome

I’m Dr. Stephanie Moore MD

Surviving a crisis is powerful, even miraculous. Preventing it, and thriving for decades, is the real holy grail.

With more than 25 years as a transplant cardiologist, and two decades on the faculty of Harvard Medical School, Massachusetts General Hospital and VA Boston, I have guided patients through heart failure, transplants and life-saving interventions, often just in time. I have worked at teaching institutions across the country, and the story is exactly the same wherever I have been. Something has to change.

That is why my focus now is on the science and the habits that add vibrant, energetic years to people’s lives, not just the list of diagnoses.

Through this new lens I have discovered there is Moore 2 Life than I ever imagined, and a far better way to help patients. That is the theme of this next step in my journey, and I would love to share my path with you.

The philosophy

Prevention is the real holy grail

After years spent at the sharpest end of cardiac care, the conclusion is hard to avoid: the best outcome is the crisis that never happens.

Eating better is not punishment. Moving is not a chore. Rest is not a luxury, it is the blueprint. Every fiber and every vessel has a vote. Prevention can be achieved, and honestly, it is glorious.
